Making Appointments

We're making this as smoothless as possible. Select the appointment type you're looking for and let's get the ball rolling. 

30-60 Minutes

Pre-Opening: Drop-off

  • Friday, February 28th: 9a-6pm
  • Saturday, March 1st: 12p-6pm

Pre-Rodeo parking is offered free inside the building on Saturday(woo hoo!). 

Make sure to arrive with your printed receiving slip or you will be charged a $10 printing fee. All incoming inventory should be physically counted with the receiver unless you opt-out. 

**Need additional time? No problem. Simply move your vehicle to the ORANGE LOT (south of the building) after unloading and take all the time you need.**

30 Minutes

During Rodeo: Restock

  • Monday: 8am-8:30am
  • Wednesday: 8am-8:30am
  • Thursday: 8am-8:30am

Free parking is offered @ dock doors. Please note, by 9am, all restocking must be completed and vehicles must be off the premise (or locked in/ towed).

Make sure to arrive with your printed receiving slip or you will be charged a $10 fee. 

We appreciate your patience as all incoming inventory must be verified.

Wrap up: Pick-up Stock

  • Monday, March 24th: 7:30am-5:30pm

Free parking if offered inside the building (woo hoo!). 

All products must be picked up by noon, 3/25 or shipped back. 

**Any abandoned stock not claimed by March 25th will become property of TDA.
